Hypnosis is a tool used to change behavior patterns that no longer serve you. It works by accessing the subconscious mind and planting a seed that the conscious mind can be trained to follow. All hypnosis is voluntary; it won’t work without the participant’s willingness and cooperation. Conditions that I have successfully addressed with hypnosis are smoking, weight loss, athletic performance plateaus, lack of focus, and anxiety. Some issues require multiple sessions to arrive at goals. Treatment plans are established at the first session.
