Reflexology

Reflexology is a scientific healing practice used to relieve pain and promote wellness. It dates back to 4,000 B.C., but was only introduced to Western cultures in the 20th Century.

There are mapped nervous system connections between the skin and the internal organs; these connections are particularly sensitive in the feet. When the Reflexology practitioner applies pressure to the appropriate reflex points, the nerves send signals that reduce tension and increase blood supply. The result is better oxygenation, nutrition, and waste removal, which allows the body to heal itself.

The FootGuy takes the traditional practice of Reflexology to another level of holistic healing. By interpreting the physical and emotional information learned during the reflex reading, he addresses the emotional causes of physical pain, helping the client break free from the cycle of dis-ease.
